Inspection:
All doors, parts, bearings, cables, tracks, rollers, hinges, fasteners, welds, weather-stripping, and overall operation of equipment are carefully examined and evaluated. |
Adjustments:
Over time parts and springs become disengaged and misaligned. Adjustment to all spring counterbalance assemblies, moving parts, level of door, and track spacing are needed on a periodic basis. |
Lubrication:
All moving parts and assemblies receive applications of necessary lubricants according to manufacturer’s requirements. |
